Swan Global is an online human resource outsoucing service and collects a variety of personal data necessary to provide these services. By choosing to enter your personal information on this site you indicate your willingness to disclose this information to Swan Global and employers registered with it, and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of Swan Global’s vacancies. If you do not wish to disclose this information, Swan Global will be unable to provide you the services offered by this site, since employment, educational, and other personal information is necessary in order to assess your employment opportunities.
It is not Swan Global’s policy to seek any sensitive information through our website unless legally required for recruitment purposes. Sensitive information includes data relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, or criminal record. We suggest that you do not provide sensitive information of this nature. Payment and transaction information: We collect and process payment information from you when you subscribe to our paid Services/products, including credit cards numbers and billing information like your physical address, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not collect Sensitive Information from you.

In order to present you as a candidate on a vacancy, your personal information may be provided to Swan Global’s clients (potential employers), affiliates, and licensees. If you do not wish to participate in this service and benefit from the career opportunities that Swan Global provides, please do not enter your personal information into the website.

Swan Global also monitors IP addresses for security purposes, trend analysis, site administration, user movement tracking, and broad demographic information gathering for aggregate use. The IP address of the computer you use to access Swan Global (the ‘internet street address’ of your computer) is not linked to any personal information you provide on the site.
INFORMATION SECURITY AND INTEGRITY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain accuracy of data and ensure proper use of information, Swan Global has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security procedures to safeguard all information collected online.
We will not process your personal information in a way that is incompatible with what is outlined in the Privacy Statement, and will use our best efforts to ensure that data is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use. We also will use our best efforts to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
When you post your resume, Swan Global automatically creates a registration for you using the email address and password that you supply. When you return to the site in the future you will use that same email address and password to access and edit your existing resume.
USER ID AND PASSWORD
If you forget your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link that appears on the Log In Screen and enter your User ID. The system will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Swan Global reserves the right to change User IDs and Passwords at any time to protect the security of the site.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The website makes it easy to access the personal information you provide to Swan Global. You may access your own personal information at any time with your User ID and Password. If the information you provided once you registered with the site changes or needs to be amended, please follow the directions below to amend and modify such information:

NEWSLETTER, SITE/SERVICE UPDATES, SURVEYS, AND CONTESTS
Swan Global may offer newsletters to registered users of the site via email. If you wish to unsubscribe from a newsletter, please follow the directions at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be taken off the recipient list. If you thought the email you have received from our server is an unsolicited email, please contact us at contct@swan.qa and we will follow up the matter.
Swan Global will periodically send you website update information and service announcement updates via email. Because these announcements contain important information about Swan Global’s service, as long as you remain a registered user, you will not be able to unsubscribe from these announcements. From time-to-time the site requests information from you via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is your choice and is completely voluntary as to whether to disclose information. Information requested may include contact information and demographic information. Contact information will be used to notify and award winners. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring, improving, or enhancing the use and satisfaction of the site.

DELETING ACCOUNTS
If you would like to delete your account, you can do this on the accounts settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your contents. This action must be confirmed via your swan global account and cannot be undone.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your Personal Information may be stored, maintained and processed in any country where we have facilities, and by using our products/services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Personal Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please stop using our products/services and immediately delete all our Applications from your User Devices.
RETENTION PERIOD
We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. Your Personal Information may or may not be encrypted while stored or archived by us.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy laws and guidelines are part of a constantly changing environment. Swan global reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, add to, discontinue, remove or otherwise change any portion of these privacy policies at any time. If we decide to materially change this policy, we will provide you with the notice on our website.
